About me..
My name is Karen Reynolds, and I offer a dog walking and pet sitting service throughout Kidderminster and the surrounding areas. The happiness and well-being of each of your animals is very important, which is why we at Pooch Walkz can offer you a customisable range of services. Whether it be exercising your pooch, feeding your hamster, cleaning out bedding and cages, vet visits, or just simply keeping your pet company if you are unable to, we tailor our packages to suit you.
I am DBS checked, fully insured and have a BTEC National Diploma in Animal Care making me fully qualified to take care of your pets.
I worked at the West Midlands Safari Park for a total of 16 years taking care of all types of large animals including lions and tigers and my favourite, the wolves. I have also done some voluntary work at a local kennels. For several years I worked as a self-employed hairdresser, during which time I would go into people's homes and nursing/residential homes where I proved myself to be honest, reliable and friendly.
I have been the owner of a variety of pets both large and small. I hold a special place in my heart for all kinds of animals and look forward to being able to share my care and commitment with your special pets.

Dog Walking
I offer dog walking services tailored to your needs, whether that be a quick daily walk or a longer weekly one.
We can arrange a suitable time for me to come and meet your pet and get to know them before I take them out.
Pet Sitting
Whether you are looking for someone to pop in a few times a day whilst you are on holiday or someone to come and give your much loved pets some company whilst you are at work.
I offer pet sitting and companionship visits to all pets.
Pet Hygiene
Are you looking for someone to help clean out your pets cage or bedding or do you need a hand to give them a bath and a brush in between grooms?

Vet Visits
Having a pet that requires veterinary care can be a worrying time.
I can accompany you to the vets or take your pet in your absence if you need to get them seen quickly but are unable to attend.

* Please note – any pets that are not up to date with their vaccinations, cannot be provided with a service. Proof must be provided. You may incur an extra mileage charge if you are outside the Kidderminster area, you will be notified if this is the case.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to amend or cancel your booking. For dog walking and drop-in services, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full booking amount. This policy helps us manage our schedule and continue providing reliable service to all our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
